Partner terms
The refer model. Answr bills the customer.
A partner earns a commission for as long as the referred customer stays subscribed to Answr and the partner stays in good standing. Commission is a percentage of each paid invoice. Answr bills the customer. The partner does not invoice them.
The percentage is the partner's tier when that invoice clears. Commission already earned keeps that percentage. Answr recalculates the tier once a month from the trailing year of referred revenue. That new percentage applies to invoices that clear afterward.
Commission is pending for 30 days. If the invoice is refunded or disputed in that window, the commission is reversed. After 30 days it can be paid. Payouts are manual, monthly, and start at $50.
One business has one partner, from the first partner link captured. A customer who arrives on a partner link may receive 20% off the first month when that offer is configured.
Answr may change these terms for future referrals with 30 days' notice. Referrals already attributed keep earning under the rule that applied when they were attributed, including the percentage locked on invoices already earned.
Answr can reject an application or suspend a partner who misrepresents the product. A suspended partner does not earn on new invoices.
