Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Answr’s services. By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.

If you’re signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to this agreement.

Answr provides AI-powered call handling for small businesses, including appointment booking into connected calendars. Service availability, feature set, and limits depend on your subscription plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. Metered overage (voice minutes beyond the included bucket) is billed in arrears.

Cancelling closes the account at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Plans include a monthly voice-minute bucket: 50 on Free, 1,000 on Pro, and 4,000 on Ultra. Free minutes reset each month; when Free is exhausted, inbound calls forward to your configured number so you never miss the ring.

On Pro and Ultra, calls are never cut off for usage. We notify you at 80% and 100% of the included bucket. Minutes beyond the included amount meter at the published per-minute rate ($0.32/min unless otherwise stated on the pricing page) and appear on your next invoice. You may upgrade to a larger included bucket at any time.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Make outbound calls or SMS without the recipient’s prior consent (TCPA).
• Collect payment card data, protected health information, or other sensitive data outside of a HIPAA-compliant plan arranged with us.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Abuse the service to circumvent usage metering or anti-fraud controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail payment, or abuse the service. You may terminate at any time from your billing portal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Answr’s liability is capped at amounts paid to Answr in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
